What Trusty Dose is

Trusty Dose is an educational information service. It explains medications, supplements, and pet prescriptions in clear language, connects key claims to official labels and cited sources, and helps you prepare better questions for doctors, pharmacists, and veterinarians.

Trusty Dose is not a healthcare provider. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or dispense medication, and it does not replace licensed professionals or emergency services. The Medical Disclaimer is part of these Terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account; family profiles for children are managed by the account holder.

Your responsibilities

• Verify medication details with your pharmacy, prescriber, or veterinarian before acting on them.
• Enter accurate information in your Health Wallet and profiles.
• Use scan, symptom, and report features for personal, educational purposes only.
• Never use Trusty Dose to make emergency decisions, contact emergency services, poison control, a doctor, or a veterinarian.

Health Wallet

The Health Wallet stores profiles, medications, allergies, supplements, notes, and reports that you choose to enter, for your personal clarity and organization. You control this data. We do not sell Health Wallet data and we do not use it for advertising targeting. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Scanning and uploads

Label scanning and photo uploads use automated text extraction, which can misread labels. Extracted details are always shown for your review, and you are responsible for confirming them against the physical label before generating or relying on a report.

Symptom Clarity

Symptom Clarity provides educational context: common possibilities people ask professionals about, warning signs, and suggested questions. It is not a diagnosis or triage service, and it requires your explicit acknowledgment before each use context.

Label Translation and AI processing

Trusty Dose can translate medication label content and reports between English and Spanish using automated processing. Medication names, strengths, units, routes, and directions are preserved exactly and are never converted or reinterpreted. Translations are explanations of the original label, not replacements for it, the original text remains the authoritative source, and translation output must be verified with a professional before you act on it.

Subscriptions and billing

Trusty Dose offers Free, Plus, Family, and Access plans, plus Business/API plans by agreement. Paid plans bill on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown before you subscribe; if prices change, we will notify you in advance and the change applies to your next billing period.

Unlimited features are subject to reasonable fair-use limits that protect the service for everyone.

Access Plan

The Access Plan offers core Plus features at a reduced cost for qualifying households, including students, seniors, veterans, disability recipients, assistance-program participants, and members of nonprofit or community partner organizations. We may ask for reasonable confirmation of eligibility and may review eligibility periodically.

Business and API plans

Business and API access, including the Trust Report API, white-label reports, and admin tooling, is provided under separate commercial agreements. API usage requires an active agreement and is subject to usage limits, attribution requirements, and the same educational-use boundaries as the consumer product.

Acceptable use

• No use of scanner, symptom, report, or translation features to provide medical or veterinary services to others without appropriate licensure.
• No scraping, bulk extraction, or automated harvesting of Trusty Dose content.
• No reverse engineering, probing, or circumvention of security or rate limits.
• No misrepresentation of Trusty Dose output as professional medical or veterinary advice.
• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use of the service.

Your content

You own the information you enter. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service, to store your data, generate your reports, and provide translations you request. We do not claim ownership of your Health Wallet content.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep Trusty Dose reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be interrupted, updated, or changed. We may add, modify, or retire features, and we will communicate material changes to paid plans in advance.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk for other users. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export your data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustyCap Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid to Trusty Dose in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Trusty Dose provides educational information; decisions about medication and health remain between you and your licensed professionals.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TrustyCap Technologies is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
