You can delete your Trusty Dose account at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and what may be retained.
Delete in the app or on the web
Sign in and go to Account, then Delete account, then confirm. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first in Manage billing so you are not charged again.
Deletion takes effect immediately: you are signed out everywhere and the account can no longer be used.
Request deletion by email
You can also email support@trustydose.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We will process the request and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity
- All login sessions on every device
- Saved Trust Reports and report history
- Uploaded scan and report content
- Push notification tokens
- Account-associated app data, including Health Wallet profiles and items
What may be retained
- Billing and payment records
- Security and audit logs
- Legal and compliance records
- Records required for fraud prevention or legal obligations
How long retained records are kept
Retained records are kept only as long as needed for legal, security, tax, billing, and compliance purposes, then deleted.
